Counselors must be entering college sophomores or older. They are the primary day-to-day caretakers and informal educators of our campers. Counselors must love to work with children, be able to follow a schedule, be energetic and fun. They live with their campers in cabins or tents, depending on the specific unit for which they are accepted. Staff can work with children from entering second grade to entering eleventh grade. Depending upon the unit placement, counselors may be required to have skill in the arts, sports, or outdoor adventure, or proficiency in Hebrew and Judaica.
