Welcome to Summer 2008 at OSRUI

If your child is already registered for this summer, you will find a variety of forms that need to be filled out and returned to us.

.  Camper Health Form and Health Information - For all campers.  Keep the health information on file.  Parents should fill out page 1 of the Health Form, and have their child's physician fill out page 2.

.  Administrative Form - For all campers.  Transporation, canteen, and friendship requests all go on this form.
.  Horseback Riding FormOnly for those camper signed up for riding.
.  Intersession Form Only for those campers staying for two consecutive sessions (for example, Tzofim Aleph and Tzofim Bet).

Print out the forms you need, and return them to our business office no later than April 1, 2008:

Care Packages

While we encourage you to write your camper regularly, Care Packages are up to you.  Please remember that campers are limited to no more than one package per week, and do not send food.  If you choose to send a package, assembling one yourself is always the best.  But if you decide to order one, we prefer that you use one of the companies listed below.  They have already agreed to prepare packages according to our guidelines and donate a portion of each sale back to us.
