Facebook page.

We’re offering our fabulously successful Fall program again!! OSRUI's Associate Director Susan Alexander will be your guide, as you enjoy time alone with your special girls. You’ll spend Shabbat at camp, do lots of fun activities and special projects, and head home after brunch Sunday. This program is for mothers, grandmothers, and aunts, and the girls they love age 5 to 12.

Tuition includes lodging for two nights, meals (Shabbat dinner through Sunday brunch) and all programming. In 2012, the cost will be the same as it has been since 2008, $340 in Soref or the Lodge for a family of two or three, and $95 for each additional family member. Rooms in the Schaalman Lodge and the Daniel M. Soref Education and Alumni Center feature double rooms with private baths.

Check-in will begin at 5 pm Friday, and the weekend will end about 11:30 am Sunday.

Registration for this program will open in August 2012.
A link to online registration will be available then.

For more information or to be added to our mailing list, please contact Barbara Gordon

This program is underwritten in part through
a generous grant from the Daniel M. Soref Charitable Trust.

Check out the photo album on the right from the Spring 2011 Mother & Daughter Kallah, as well as the original song below, written and performed by Michal Spanjer and Hope Havenhill!

I’ve been waiting for the summer’s colors to come shine on me in a nice warm breeze
I’ve been waiting for some fun and adventure
Because I’ve been stuck in school all year long

Pre Chorus:
Fun and memories to share
Heard stories and they never get boring
Waking up in the morning

Chorus:
Say hello, say goodbye – yeah it all flies by
Don’t think back, live in the moment, that’s camp…Oh
Meet a random guy named Louie, Eat some ratatouille, Have some s’mores that are gooey…
At OSRUI

I’ve been waiting for sun and a splash in the water
Where friends are family – come take a trip with me
I don’t know about you but I’d be telling the truth when I say.
I’ve been waiting all year long
So come, sing along, have some fun at OSRUI!
